1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between vk6 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, browses, deposits into, or otherwise uses the vk6 website located at vk6.club and all associated services. By using the platform in any way, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

vk6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and vk6. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the vk6 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. vk6 enforces a strict 18+ age requirement with no exceptions. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party or commercial enterprise.
• You are not subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from using online gaming or betting services.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances or any condition that impairs your capacity to make informed financial decisions.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by vk6 for breach of these Terms, unless vk6 has explicitly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

vk6 conducts age verification at the withdrawal stage and reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a National Identity Card, passport, or other officially recognised government-issued document — at any point during the account lifecycle. Where age verification cannot be confirmed, vk6 will withhold withdrawals and may close the account in accordance with responsible gaming procedures. Any funds held in an underage account will be handled in line with applicable laws and vk6's internal responsible gaming policy.

3. Account Registration and Obligations

To access the full range of vk6 services — including depositing, withdrawing, placing bets, and participating in promotions — you must register a player account. Each person is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or substitute accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed, balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your account at all times. Any change in your name, address, phone number, email address, or payment method must be communicated to vk6 support promptly. vk 6 is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to keep account information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow another person to access the platform using your account. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vk6 support immediately at [email protected].

• Accounts must be registered and used by the account holder personally — proxy registration or play on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Account credentials must not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• vk6 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or bonus activation. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or utility bill as proof of identity and address.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. vk6 will attempt to contact you via your registered email before applying any dormant account policy.
• You must not use the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. vk6 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence requests where required by applicable law.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

vk6 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or receiving deposits from a third-party account, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities. vk6 reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method where the origin of a deposit cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit; however, vk6 reserves the right to apply transaction limits at our sole discretion in line with responsible gaming or compliance requirements.
• Deposits credited to your vk6 account balance are generally processed within a few seconds for mobile financial service providers such as bKash and Nagad. Bank card deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner.
• vk6 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during standard operating hours. Actual processing times may vary due to network conditions, identity verification requirements, or maintenance periods.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, identity verification is mandatory. You must submit a valid government-issued ID document. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawals being held until compliance requirements are satisfied.
• vk6 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside vk6's control.
• Funds held in your vk6 account do not accrue interest and are held separately from vk6's operational funds in accordance with player fund protection practices.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

vk6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer at the time it is made available.

Unless the specific promotional terms for a given offer state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all vk6 promotions:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household address, and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or varied registration details constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirement specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers to be completed.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. vk6 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus awards where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or collusion between players.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Abuse

The vk6 platform must be used for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any account balance, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any other financial crime, whether directly or indirectly.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent the platform's game logic or security mechanisms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live table games, poker, or sports betting where shared information confers an improper advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, errors, or loopholes in any game or the platform to generate wins that would not otherwise occur under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported to vk6 support immediately and are subject to reversal.
• Registering more than one account, or registering a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification, including submitting forged or altered identity documents.
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward vk6 staff or other players via any communication channel.

vk6 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, vk6 will act swiftly and decisively. vk6's determinations in relation to prohibited conduct are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the vk6 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, text, page layouts, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of vk6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vk6 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, transmit, scrape, frame, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without vk6's express prior written consent.

Game content available through the vk6 platform is supplied under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in respect of game content remain with the respective studios and their licensors. vk6 does not grant users any rights in respect of third-party game content beyond the right to play the games through the platform.

The vk6 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of vk6. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including social media, advertising, printed materials, or digital communications — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

The vk6 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While vk6 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, reliable service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk6 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of enjoyment, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

• vk6 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including your failure to log out of a shared device or to safeguard your account credentials.
• vk6 is not liable for any technical failure of a third-party payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank) that results in a delay or failure in processing a deposit or withdrawal.
• vk6 is not liable for any losses resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet outages, power failures, or civil unrest.
• In the event of a system error that causes a game outcome to be displayed or processed incorrectly, vk6 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the applicable stakes to the affected players. No further compensation is payable in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vk6's liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
